Home Market Report - Greater Denver Metro Area
Home sales dropped again last month, for the 3rd consecutive month-on-end.
The decline in single-family homes sales was barely noticable, however, with most of that tumble occurring in the condo markets. Sales of condos actually fell about 15% from the month prior.
The good news is that Denver area home prices 'rose' 2.4% after a 3-month slide. Condos didn't fair as well, but that in itself was a bit of surprise!
