Zars & Rogers REALTORS® provides the necessary framework as well as the freedom for agents to choose what real estate field or fields in which to practice…from Listing & Selling Pre-Owned Homes, to helping Buyers with Pre-Owned or New Construction Homes, to Assisting Renters Secure a Lease on a Home to Apartment Locating.  You can choose to focus on just one or can all of them!

“APEX” Commission Structure

Agents at Zars & Rogers REALTORS® benefit from a low-risk / high-reward commission structure.

Agents earn 75% of commissions from each of their closed transactions until they reach the “APEX.”  This occurs once the 25% received by the broker reaches $15,000.  After this, the agent will receive 100% of commissions from any of their transactions closed for the remainder of their fiscal year.

The “APEX” amount is reset at the beginning of each fiscal year.  Each Agent’s Fiscal year begins on the date of the signed sales agent contract.

Many agents reach the “APEX” within the first 2-3 months of their fiscal year & therefore enjoy receiving 100% of commissions for the majority of each year.  Now that’s rewarding! 

Earn a one-time New Recruit Referral Bonus for any agent who joins the Zars & Rogers crew due to a direct referral from you.

Team Formation

Zars & Rogers REALTORS® allows you to build & work together as teams, if you desire. 

Some agents find that forming a team with one or several other agents allows them to each focus on the part of the real estate equation they do best & to ultimately be more productive than working solo. 

Training

Zars & Rogers REALTORS® offers one-on-one training (as needed) as well as group training sessions for all agents. (No Cheesy Outdated Marketing Guru Videos here…)
