The Cedar City Real Estate Market has some subdivisions that were hit hard by the economic Downturn. The Parks at Deer Hollow is one of them. It is a subdivision with some outstanding potential in a nice setting. The Parks at Deer Hollow is adjacent to the new Iron Springs Elementary School in Enoch. It is a subdivision with just a few homes that have been built.
This is subdivision that has a lot of potential. The homes that have been built haven’t come on the resale market very often. It is a unique subdivision in that many of the homes that have been built to look like a much older style of home. You can bring your own builder and build your dream home, there are CC&R’s, but it has, as I have mentioned previously, the potential to really be a nice subdivision!
The lots in the subdivison range from the .2 size and go up to almost half acre lots. These homes were built in 2008.
As of 10/29/2010: There is currently 1 home listed for sale in our MLS for $245,000.
Market Update 12/1/2011: There are currently no homes listed for sale in the Parks at Deer Hollow. In the past 12 Months no homes have sold in the Parks at Deer Hollow. There are currently 25 lots listed for sale ranging in size from .2 to .4 of an acre and ranging in price from $20,000 to $35,000.
