As many of you may know I was the top producing agent in my old company and moved on in my career to obtain my NJ Brokers license then manage 3 different offices in Ocean County and with that company comprised of more than 100 agents. This was one of my families restaurants. I grew up in the restaurant biz and family owned whosale operations of meats,canned foods and dry goods to tri-state area companies such as Lisanti foods. I have a vast knowledge in the restaurant field and have lots of experiance in both FOH and BOH operations and procedures.
