Things to do in Cary by the Cary Concierge…Fit Mama Fest 2012

Stroller Strides of Raleigh is hosting a free event for all you moms of pre-schoolers, toddlers, and infants. It is called the Fit Mama Fest and it takes place at Cary Towne Center, January 18th. The two classes are from 9 am to 2:30 pm and in the afternoon from 5-8 pm. This event is to kick off the new work out space that mom’s will be using as a part of Stroller Strides in the morning. There will be free workouts, Mommy and Me yoga, dance session, free massages, mommy-friendly vendors and exhibits, arts and crafts, raffle prizes and so much more! Come out to the Cary Towne Center with your young one to have some fun and get a good workout in at the same time.
