You could knock me over with a feather!!!! 935 square feet for $354,000????? OMG! That's $378+dollars per square foot! I am totally not use to seeing this kind of price...wow! It sure is cheaper in Texas! I may print this out to show my clients that complain about $140.00 per square foot!

Welcome to Victoria, Debbie...... That is the best priced home in the area as a near new home.  With smaller homes cost per sqft does tend to be higher.
