Carey helped two people go into escrow on homes today.
The first was for our clients Momo and Mohammed. They have been searching around for about a month and finally won a bid on the home seen below for $100,000. It is a 2300 square foot single level home with 5 bedrooms, perfect for their family. It's a short sale. But because of our connections with an investment group, this nice couple will have an opportunity to seal the deal twice. Let's see what happens.
The second escrow that one in today was for a client name Tim who was referred to us by his mother and father our former clients who bought last year in Maricopa. The home that Tim went into escrow on is also a single level short sale home, 1388 square foot in lovely Rancho El Dorado for only $79,000~!
