If you are in the market for a fabulous loft then you should check this one out. Its a bright and charming loft space located at 24 Noble St. in Parkdale. Its a roomy one bedroom with exposed beams and real hardwood floors throughout. Why settle for a cookie cutter condo when you can live in this charming unit. This is one of my favourite loft buildings the city of Toronto.
This building was formerly used by Universal Toys and converted to Lofts in the late 80's. If you are looking for something that is a bit different and you are not drawn to high rises you should check out Noble Court Lofts in Parkdale. The location is so central, just steps to trendy restaurants and galleries. 24 hour Queen St. streetcar is just down the street with a short ride to downtown.
Parkdale is a great place to live! I know I live here too.
