Open House on the Biggest Shopping Day of the Year???

Hi Don:  Honestly, it could go either way.  I have sold a home during the seventh game of the World Series, and sold a home during the Super Bowl.  With all that traffic... they might stop... or the urge to get to the mall could make you totally invisible.  Let us know how it turns out.  And me... I'll be at home in my recliner with my cat Mollie on my lap.  Good Luck on Friday !

Hmmm... if they do stop it will probably be a serious buyer!  Otherwise, I don't think the looky-lous will bother.  Go for it!  Let us know how it turns out.  

Any day is a great day to hold an open house.  Promote the Open House, Present the Open House, and Post Follow-up with the Open House.  "Open Houses Sell Houses".  I just sold one last weekend after only showing the home over a two weekend period.

How did you do on Friday?  What did you hold open?  Was it close to the shopping centers?
