One of the Best Parts of My Job

 

One of the things I like best, besides going to closings, is going to a listing that we have sold and putting up a SOLD sign.  I always wait until we are through the inspection and I am sure everything is going through.

 

I love showing the neighbors that we have successfully sold their neighbor’s home and they can expect a new family to move in soon. 

 

There was still about a foot of snow in this seller’s front yard, but I didn’t mind walking through the snow to install the SOLD sign.

Things are moving down here at a rapid clip, so I'm glad to see that is happening elsewhere too.

Dude - I don't blame you one bit.  Heck I'd wade through knee deep snow to put up a SOLD sign!

That is a great feeling...I see you still use flyer boxes...I stopped doing that b/c of the litter, always empty etc....

Will my friend, I'm sure put the Sold sign is a mighty fine feeling. The snowmobilers in the area which I live in, sure would like to have that there snow right here. They have had to drive up into the high Mountains to go snowmobiling this year.
