Are you out there, day to day? Connecting with your vendors? Connecting with your clients? This is the absolute perfect time to be face to face with people! As Buff says, we are in the contact business! Real estate is a contact sport. The holidays make this so easy for us. I delivered, in two days, twenty-six red, poinsettia plants. I was hugged, barked at (pets), given cookies to go, I try to never go in the home, held new babies and met visiting relatives. My clients make me feel like I am part of their family. How good is that? In the next few days, I will drop in on my vendors. Yes, I will need to go indoors, but, I will remain standing. The trick to getting these done and not leaving anyone out, is to be in an out, quick as you can without being rude. You should do them yourself, or along with your kids, family. It's your face they need to see, not your assistants. So, c'mon, get up and out. Make a list of your favorite clients and friends and do some popbys! You'll make your recipients feel good and you will feel so grateful to them for appreciating your efforts.
