· First Trust Deed of $202,300 for 85 months @ 12.0% interest only. Loan to value is 70%. No prepayment penalty. Purchase price was $289,199. This is an owner-occupied purchase of a single family residence: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom at 1163 square feet.
· First Trust Deed of $192,ooo for twelve months at 12.0% interest only. Purchase price was $240,000. Loan to value was 80%. Home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1250 square feet.
· First Trust Deed of $206,400 for twelve months at 12.0% interest only. Purchase price was $258,000. Loan to value is 80%. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home of 1640 square feet.
