Motivational Power Quote

Face to Face Communications

“Communication is the most important tool of all.

There is nothing more effective than face to face.”

Anne Mulcahy, Former Chairman and CEO Xerox

As I see it . . . . . . .

Face to face communications

In a high tech world there is still a need for effective face to face communications with our prospects and the people that we’re doing business with.

Effective negotiations still requires a degree of face to face communication to successfully conclude the negotiations.

There is still need in working with buyers to have face to face interaction and communications with them to help customers through the buying process.

Face to face communication takes on a new dimension today.

The best face to face communications is being present with the person that we’re communicating with. When that’s not possible the next best thing is video conferencing and communicating over a distance.

There are times that an e-mail or text message will not get it done and the situation requires face to face communication.

Schedule a face to face meeting to speak with the person or use the power of distance communications and schedule a video conference.

Face to face communications adds a personal touch to the communications and a stronger business relationship.

In the age of Facebook and Twitter, is this even done 40 percent as often as we used to, Lou?

Great idea, Lou.  I never thought to do this with out-of-town clients but I will now.  Thank you.
