Some Ideas For "Best Practices"

Here's some ideas for "Best Practices". I know there is many other ideas feel free to add to my list.

  • Wear your name badge.
  • Remember the #1 rule in sales is Great Customer Service. This will set you apart from other sales people.
  • Always be on time
  • Get along with your fellow REALTORS®
  • Return phone calls promptly
  • Don't be afraid to ask for business
  • Set yourself apart from the competition
  • Follow up, Follow up, Follow up
  • Implement a sundown rule
  • No excuses, please! Just apologize and move on.
  • Have a referral buddy
  • Have at least 10-15 referral sources
  • Rotate the list as you develop leads
  • Remove referrals that are inactive
  • Create a customer databas and call/email/mail 90 days after closing and 1 year anniversary

 

This is some good habits to get into doing, and it will pay off in the long run. This will make everyone happy!
