How many years are you going to contemplate an idea before you get started? Two, ten, thirty? No, I’m serious.
I remember going to a boot camp for real estate investors and thinking how could they give up their business strategies to everyone. Weren’t they worried that someone would perfect their techniques and take business away from them? They actually addressed those sentiments during the seminar. They simply said, “Out of the hundred or so people here today, only about 1 – 2 per cent will actually go home and use it.” At the time, I thought the presenter was crazy. That seminar was VERY expensive and was way out of my budget. But, as the boot camp went on, I started talking with several of the attendees only to find out that they had been to several of these boot camps and seminars before and could tell me about all the instructors and their accomplishments. But, when I asked how their own investing had done, ninety percent of them hadn’t bought one house yet.

If so, don’t beat yourself up about it but decide today to change. What do you have to change? You have to change your mindset…and that is one of the hardest things to do.Changing your mindset is you fighting your biggest enemy…yourself.
So, just do it!!! You may be surprised at what you can accomplish.
