Who will lead the charge in the real estate recovery? Aging Baby boomers and echo boomers, according to a report by the Natioal Associatino of Realtors (NAR), The senior population is expected to increase by 30 million as boomers age, increasing the supply of housig as sthese households downsize. The increased supply could mean big buying opportunities fo rthe 65 million echo boomesr (those born between 1982-1995). The EBs are expected to absorb 75% of the inventory by 2020.
