Best Craft cocktail Bar in Upper West Side
Cocktail name OLIVER’S CILANTRO with Micro Cilantro infused Premium Gin, Lillet Blanc, House Made Sour, English Cucumber is what was served at Slightly Oliver at Upper West Side to me last night.
Two college friends and I decided to meet up to catch up afterwork yesterday, and we wanted to seek out a place that serves craft cocktails with unique twists, and we were very pleasantly surprised that we visited this great Upper West Side gastropub called Slightly Oliver. (here is a photo of the Oliver's Cilantro.)
On their cocktail menu, they cleverly explained the name of the place: "In Cockney Slang OLIVER TWIST means DRUNK You might say “I’M A LITTLE OLIVER” which would translate into I ’m a little drunk".
As we browsed through their cocktail menus, here are some of their other signature cocktails:
SLIGHTLY GREEN MARTINI
Premium Vodka, Green Pepper Reduction, Dill Elixir, House Made Sour Mix
Bulldog Gin, Pear Puree, Cloves, Cinnamon, Allspice, Maraschino Liqeur, Maple Syrup, Lemon, Sage
Thai Basil infused Gin, Yellow Tomato Water, Reduction of Tangerine & Peppercorn, Habanero Bitters
