In everyone's favorite Georgia Town, Alpharetta, there are currently 1,434 Homes For Sale with an average price of $715,157. Again in Strong contrast with the yearly numbers. In 2007, 2,139 homes for sale, sold on average in 68 days and for $431,408. One notable property finally closed for $3.64 Million, it only took three years to do so.

DULUTH REAL ESTATE
Duluth is one of the cities in Metro Atlanta where there is still some major growth, at least commercially. There are currently 856 homes for sale in Duluth with an average price of $615,191. In 2007, 1,059 homes sold with an average price of $390,740 in 74 days.

Lawrenceville is a very long and narrow city with a lot of real estate and much of it is still available for development. Dacula had 723 homes that sold in 2007. The average price dipping a bit in 2007 to $264,380 for a home for sale in Dacula. Taking on average 91 days to sell.
