New Year's Resolution - Don't Become a Film Producer!

By

As I make all my New Year's Resolutions, I have to think about 2007.  The other day, I was going through the year and realized that it went by so fast.  (Thank goodness for my old articles so that  I don't have to rely on my memory!) And thank goodness for a new year.  Last year, I remember feeling overwhelmed even in the first quarter of the year. (Not good... starting out!!!)  So much to do, so little time to do it.  New Year's Resolution #1-Simplify the Process!!  Sometimes, we make life so difficult, it's ridiculous!

April-June must have been a happy time because I was writing great, funny articles... if I do say so myself and was remembering all those funny things of the past.  (You can check them out at http://www.seegrhomes.com.  Look under the Tammy Stone tab!)

In May, I became cr eative and tried to become a producer.  I purchased a new video camcorder and had a great time filming my kids' baseball games and even filmed me.  I guess I was trying to be the next You-Tuber and wanted to try some crazy things.  Found out...I'm pretty lame and also found out all my flaws on camera.  It's quite an interesting process to see how retarded you are on video even when you are trying to look "cool."  In fact, I noticed that as I was filming I must have mentioned a zillion times how cool this was, or how cool that was.  Boy, I'm definitely dating myself. Let's see what's the latest words I'm supposed to use... my sister used to use the word "stoked", then it was "it rocks".  Have no idea what the right word is now but an interesting process none the same.  Eventually, I'm going to get someone to edit my piece of work and put it on You-Tube... that should be fun!

Summer, my absolute favorite time of the year came and went way too fast and all of the sudden it was winter. I hate that!  We had such a great summer and I never want it to end.  And basically we hit Christmas and that's the end.  Boy, my life was boring.  Well, not really.  It was tremendously busy.  In fact, it was so busy that I missed most of it.  Maybe New Year's Resolution #2- Needs to be to Slow Down!  Nah, fast and furious is the way I like it.  I guess that's why I do what I do.  Last year, was a crazy time in the market.  We'll see what 2008 brings!
