Arizona market statistics you need know about for March 2012

Hot - white hot does not give justice to the Phoenix metro area market. I've been doing nothing but listing short sales for the past two years, and so far in 2012 the minimum number of offers I've received on a listing is 14. Two properties received over 35 offers, 80% of the offers are cash. This is crazy.
