I have one of the funniest Pro-Cause cases that I have ever been involved with. However I don't want to post it, even though I could get points. With the Market changing as it has, I am wondering if we are going to see more bad faith attempts. Right now I have one in Arbitration that I files last month. It is the most amazing and Blatant client theft I have ever had. My agent will get her pay. After the formality of the Arbitration board, I will post the details.
So what is the consensus, are we going to see more or less of this type of action and what are you doing to combat it?
