Beach Day- Narragansett Style. We have the America's Cup World Series thrilling us right now in RI...but that is Newport way...in my travels I did get to see long distance the racing of the super sleek catamarans in the Bay. They fly across Narragansett Bay and are just amazing to witness!

It was unbelievably beautiful here. I was in Jamestown RI previewing luxury Jamestown homes for sale for an out of state buyer who is making a trip down tomorrow to see one. So heading out to Beavertail State Park to see if I could see more of the days racing was a must. It was too late today. But I did not miss the beauty of the day.

So it was just by chance that I met a friend in Narragansett on my return trip and stopped at Narragansett Beach to put my toes in the water. My temperature gauge says it is almost time to go swimming in the ocean! I like it comfy- that is how the ocean and me mixes. Now if I could find the time....

How can one resist? It is and should be a beach day...Narragansett style! One of the many reasons tourism continues to be a BIG part of Rhode Island...so come join me! Beach Day- Narragansett Style.

That is a beautiful photo!! What a postcard that would make! I was thinking of you yesterday as I was driving around Plum Beach, another gorgeous Rhode Island area.

Hello Ginny,

The beaches here in Carlsbad have been packed as of lately.

Yes we have beaches here too. LOL

It's been well over 100 degrees for over two weeks and no end in sight.

One way to try and cool down is swimming in the Pecos River here in Town.
