Drop the negative thinking
At any one time our mind is only capable of having one thought in it.
When you’re thinking you are replacing your existing thoughts with new thoughts. Those thoughts and be replaced in rapid session or the change in your thoughts can be slow and deliberate.
The way you replace your thoughts is part of your thinking process and personally type. There is no right way or wrong way to replace your thoughts again your thoughts are part of the way think.
But there is an exception; negative thinking is an ingrained habit and it on auto pilot and running in the background of your thinking.
If you find yourself drifting into negative thinking there is something that you can do about it.
The best way to drop negative thinking is to replace it with new positive thinking.
Create a trigger in your thinking process and when you catch yourself drifting into negative thinking. Pause mentally and count to six. In the span of 6 seconds you will be able to recognize the negative thoughts and you will be able to replace that thought with a positive thought or comment.
It will take time and effort to change your negative thinking into positive thinking and will be accomplished through a number of small steps and time.
Drop the negative thinking . . . . and choose to replace the negative habit with the success habit of positive thinking.
