I love my job and previewing homes is not a hardship for me. This week I decided my Riverside Featured Homes of the Week would showcase two New Construction homes.

Riverside Living - Featured Homes of the Week

An elegant hilltop community is the setting for one of this week's featured home - a new construction home located in the prestigious Lake Hills Reservenew home, grass, blue sky

The rural atmosphere, enhanced by 500 acres of dedicated open space, attracts buyers with various needs. From young families impressed by the new elementary school, to young active adults  who enjoy the several community parks, through empty nesters looking to downsize.

The featured home is a beautiful single-story home in a breath taking hillside location. The panoramic views, allowing the homeowner to look over the city or enjoy the splendor of mountains, are incredible! The easily maintained lot provides the opportunity to create outdoor living spaces.

A great room enhances the open floorplan including granite counters, an island and stainless steel appliances.  A study and three bedrooms are included within the 2320 square foot single-story along home. Another value added feature - the home has solar included. Another lovely home located in the stunning Lake Hills Reserve community.

The second Riverside Living - Featured Homes of the Week is located in a resort style New Home community Riverwalk-Vista. A bluff-top setting provides the backdrop for the gated community which offers pocket parks, tot lots and a resort style pool/spa area.New home

Buyer's interested in an well designed executive will be pleased with the luxurious touches throughout the home. Designed with a gourmet kitchen - granite counters, subway tile backsplash, and double ovens - which will delight any chef. A lavish masterbath with marble counters and a master bedroom retreat fill the spacious 4191 square foot home.

The two-story home has five bedrooms (with a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs) a formal living and dining room along with a spacious game room on the upper level.

It is advisable for buyers to have their own representation when negotiating with a builder. Remember the office sales consultant represents the seller. If you are interested in this Riverside Living - Featured Homes of the week or others contact me. For buying or selling homes in the Lake Hills Reserve or Riverwalk-Vista I am happy to provide consultations.

Hi Kristal-

Great houses.  I do a lot of previewing as well.  It's a wonderful way to have homes in mind for prospective Buyers who may call that very day.

Almost forgot!  Buyers really do need their own representation when working with Builders. Even if the home is complete, our ability to help them negotiate the contract is a tremendous advantage.  After all, we could be bringing many other Buyers to the neighborhood and generally know where the Builder will compromise in negotiations.
