( Not Quite) Speechless Sunday - Caution Sign

We were a bit surpised to see this road sign this morning.  192nd is one of the busiest roads in East County, even on a Sunday. Therefore, I’m sure its unusual message prompted numerous smiles and curiosity.  In fact, several other cars also stopped while we were there so drivers, or passengers, could snap a picture.

We're not sure if the sign was supposed to warn us of "exhausted and worked-through-night" workers in the road ahead. Caution Zombies

Debb, If the workers worked through the night they would be zombies by morning. Great fun.

Hi Debb - There have been several articles on-line about how to hack these road signs, and this message has been appearing all over the country in the last couple of weeks. How are we expected to know when there is real zombie danger?

Debb, I think someone has a sense of humor, but if they were working all night, I can see why it might be appropriate.

Debbie, that's what came to mind. We turned before we saw any zombies, or tired road workers. Ha.

Doug,
that's my hope too.

Bob, still shaking my head with a smile.

Yes, Nancy. Too good of an opp to miss.

Ah Ha! Thanks Dick. I appreciate being in the know-FINALLY. Smart and informed You.

I think ole smarty pants solved our mystery Anna. Wait until I explain it to my husband.

Team Zuhl, no doubt a 20 or 30 something with a will to hack.

Alexandra - Dick says that's the case.#5

Anita, no desire to run into the walking dead. Lol.

Sharon, that would be a smart concept.

Kathy, I think it would have been cute, but I guess someone has been hacking into these electronic signs and leaving this message. :)
