Kristine ~ We do have buyers that come up from NYC looking for something special and riverview and lakefront homes fit that need.

John and Irma~ some people tend to forget that there is a market for the upscale buyer. Luxury homes do sell.

Gretchen~ there are lots of choices for resales and then of course new construction is an option in the luxury market. You would need to know where those homes might be as they don't always make it to the MLS.
