One thing I always try to do while out and about is to make people I come in contact with smile. As a professional realtor I think it is our duty to spread cheer whereever we go. I almost always have my Realtor badge on so they know what I do for a living. It doesn't cost anything and can lighten their day. What kind of image are you portraying while you are out? I often wonder if the way some realtors act when making appointments for listings, if they are the same way outside. Then I wonder how are they going to make any money being so rude. We are in a people business and as such must always be on our best behavior.
