Hi,

I am new to AR and to Real Estate. I am hoping to meet others like myself, gain knowledge and most of all reach out to new clients.

I live in Newport, Oregon. It is in the middle of the lovely Oregon Coast. I work for the largest independently owned company in Lincoln County. We have 5 offices located in Depoe Bay, Newport, Seal Rock, Waldport and Yachats. It has been a fun and rewarding profession so far. I really enjoy meeting new people.

A little more about me; I am a lifelong Oregonian. Born in Newport and growing up in Waldport. My ancestors moved here in the late 1800's. I do know the area and alot of people but of course so do the other agents.

Any tips and advice I can get to further market myself would be great.

Thanks everybody for all the encouragement. I am really enjoying meeting new people. When I started everybody warned me about all the paperwork. The paperwork has been fine. I think there is a lot of paperwork in most jobs anymore. What is more overwhelming is all there is to learn about all the different land use issues, zoning, financing, etc.  It takes time but I am never in need of something to read. Good luck to all of you newbies and I look forward to communicating with all of you.
