Rocky Point Mexico also known as Arizonas Beach continues to be a great opportunity for those looking to invest in beach front property in Mexico. The good news is homes for sale in Rocky Point Mexico are still currently selling for the same prices many paid in 2001 through 2004. The market of Rocky Point peaking in 2007 and 2008 depending upon location has now come back down to those amazing prices of the past.
Many are waiting as they always due and unfortunately what they could have purchased for $400,000 is now $500,000 to $700,000. This is of course for a beach front home that in our peak market was well over a million to purchase. Consider value today being not the best price but a fair price for the market now combined with great location in Rocky Point. Less inventory, more traffic, a recovering US market = less leverage for the buyer than 3 months ago.
One last bit - December and January are slower months for traffic due to Christmas and most being a bit busy with the start of the new year.... this could be the last time you / we get a chance to make an offer with more leverage than less.
