Equator: Who to ask for help

With so many different roles that agents are dealing with when working on a property through the Equator software, it can sometimes get confusing trying to decide who to contact when having problems or when you have questions.  Here are some tips to keep in mind when deciding who to contact:

All Questions Relating to your Property should be directed to your Lender or Servicer including:

  • All decisions related to the property
  • Assignment of listings
  • Listing questions
  • Property status
  • Property procedures
  • Accepting Short Sale requests
  • Accepting REO requests
  • Reviewing Offers
  • Any and all business aspects of the Short Sale process
  • Any and all business aspects of the REO process
  • Acceptance of an offer
  • Type of photo they would like you to upload
  • Any and all questions pertaining to the Short Sale process, the REO process, procedures, status or progress for any property.
