I love tulips – they are probably my favorite flower. I love their bright, beautiful colors and the way their soft petals form little cups that contrast against their long, dark-green leaves. These lovely pink tulips were found in the front yard of a Friendswood home off of Sunset Drive. I was on my way out of the neighborhood today, and noticed the lovely bed of tulips that seemed to have popped up overnight. I couldn’t resist stopping to take a picture!

Beautiful picture Rose. I love tulips and I usually go to the tulip festival in Woodburn during the spring. They have 40 acres of tulips in different colors. I just blogged about it a few weeks ago.

I love tulips too! They are always so bright and springlike..we use to have beds of them growing up and I loved each year as they awakened me to spring!!

Tulips are my wife's favorite flower too. For me it is a toss up between a fragrant rose or a tulip.

I'm fond of most any flower that is red. And tulips are among my favorites too! I notice mine are beginning to break ground surface. It won't be long before they come into bloom.
