Nina~ I strongly believe in our responsibility to educate consumers. I have 2 more HUD FAQs that I'm planning to write.

Michael~ Our inventory, including HUD homes, is low. Buyers should consider all of their options when looking for their next home.

Kevin~ I feature all HUD listings that are in the area. This one is not my listing.

Melissa~ For some homebuyers, living in a cul-de-sac is high on the list of "must haves".

Rachell~ That's true. The 203k just provides more options for homes that might need repair.

David~ There is a lot of good information for buyers to do some research on their own for a HUD, however, when they are ready to buy, they need an agent that understands the process.
