iPhone Badges, do they get on your nerves?
iPhone badges
Can't tell you how many people say they hate the little red notification that comes up on your icon on your iPhone that lets you know you have something new going on there! Like the one you see on my calendar in the photo--->>

I have shown many people how to do this and thought you might find it useful also!
Settings iPhone
Go to settings/notifications and the find the app you want to turn that option off. Click on it and the slide the selection to “off” for the "Badge APP Icon" option.  That easy and now, if you are like me, you won't have to keep trying to clear those off all day!!

I only leave that option on for very important things on my phone...just a quick tip!

Great tip - I like the notifications, however, mine too are limited to only a few!

Melissa, I'm going to have to show this to my husband.  He's been asking me and, since I still live in the stone ages and don't have an iphone, I couldn't help him.  Thanks for this.

Now if I could just get me email one to clear. It is stuck on 14. I went nuts and deleted EVERYTHING and it STILL shows. I even went to every inbox to see if one was stuck in there, to deleted messages, etc. It drives me crazy. Guess I just need to upgrade to the 5 and maybe I wouldn't have that problem! :))) Naaahhhh... I may as well wait for the next one now!! HA!

Melissa, I must have had it set to off and just never knew it!  I don't receive these notifications!  For once, something I don't have to worry about!  ;-)
