San Antonio single-family homes sales during February 2013 were up over 10% compared to this same time one year ago and over 27% compared to 2011. During February 2013 there were 1,379 homes sold. Based on the average home sale prices, this year-over-year 10% growth represents an additional $25 million dollars in real estate transactions in just a single month. This additional money flow is great for the local economy and our great city!
