I am happy to help agents with some of the newer processes available now- and of course I always encourage them to join AR and get going blogging! It's great for all of us to be better and more proficient at serving our clients! Kathy
How Often Do You Help Agents in Your Area?
I am currently working with an agent whose client has a contract pending on one of my listings. We are scheduled to close in a couple of weeks.
Her buyers are an older couple and live out-of-state. Getting signed documents back and worth has been a real challenge.
I suggested she use electronic signatures. She sheepishly admitted she didn't know how to do that. So, I offered to help her. She was shocked that I would do that. You see, prior to this transaction, I didn't know this agent. Nor is she with my brokerage.
Later this morning, I will be meeting with this agent to teach her how to use electronic signatures.
This got me thinking...how often do you help agents in your area?
I am so pleased to be able to pass on something of value to another agent. I know electronic signatures have helped me tremendously in my business. I am thrilled that this agent was open to my invitation and is willing to learn something new that may help her in the future.
I'm happy that I'll be able to forge a new friendship as a result of taking the time to help another agent. I wish there were more of this type of cooperation between agents.
