Be Prepared When Making Your Offer To Purchase A Home

By
Real Estate Agent with Classic Realty Realtor

We are currently in a season of experiencing Multiple Offers in Northern Virginia with Home Buyers. This is especially true Inside The Beltway!

As a Real Estate Agent, I'm being asked, "What is the Best Way to place a strong Offer on the Table?" In fact, "What components make up a strong offer?"

I recently noticed a great article on this subject: How To Be The Most Attractive Home Buyer

I hope you will take a look and that you will be prepared when making your offer to purchase a home.

David thank you for posting the link to that article.  It should prove to be very helpful.

Good info David. I have a hard time convincing people to make a good offer. They still think they can steal the house and sometimes have to loose a few before they get with it.

David,

That's a great article. It's been a long time since we had a Seller's Market. Here in TX, I remember 1998 (Seller's Market) vividly because I was trying to buy a house. I remember how desperate I became to just settle (mistake). An outline as provided in that link is very helpful. I was not a REALTOR then and my Real Estate Agent was no help at all.

Times have changed. We have all learned a lot but providing guidance is a must.

Thanks again David for that very useful link.
