Step outside the The Madison and you will find yourself in the middle of the Pasadena lifestyle. Dining, shopping, entertainment, culture and the best in higher education are all just steps away. Discover South Lake Avenue, the Playhouse District, Paseo Colorado and Old Pasadena. Take in a lecture at Caltech, visit the restaurant at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, have fun at world famous Ice House Comedy Club - there’s always something to do. Should you need to get away - there are three freeways convenient including Arroyo Seco Parkway(110) as well as the Foothill(210) and Ventura(134) freeways and the Gold Line light rail station at Lake Avenue.

As of April 29, 2013, there are no condos available for sale at The Madison according to our local multiple listing service(MLS). A few days ago, a transaction closed - a two bedroom/two bath second floor unit with approximately 1037 square feet sold for $430,000. In 2012, there were two sales according to the MLS. A bank owned two bedroom sold for $395,000 in July 2012 and a penthouse unit(third floor with loft area) closed at $440,000 in October.

Hi Michael, The Madison Condos in Pasadena CA have the perfect location, having mostly everything within close proximity is a luxury. It will probably almost take a re-location for someone to sell their existing condos or change of lifestyle. Lack of inventory is a clear evidence!

Beth - lack of inventory is prevalent throughout Pasadena in nearly every price category. Properties that come on the market for sale that are well-priced, appropriately presented and available are often receiving multiple offers. This is true for condos as well as single family homes.
