First Virtual Tour-Please Comment

By
Real Estate Agent with Fathom Realty

This is my first time.  I tried to be careful with the pictures.  I didn't make the tour one of the ladies in the office does.  It has some doubles in it.  I see some pictures need improved upon but any comments would be most welcome.  Thanks.

Nice home, with great light.  Excellent idea to show the golf course and the road leading away.  Good job overall, though the black plastic bags suggest trash (even if it probably is not).  Something else might have been a better cover for whatever they're over.

 Nice home though.

Good job. I would also suggest covering up what looks like bags of trash. :)

I see a couple of others have already mentioned the trash bags. I also would have uncovered the grill. I live in Florida, so we're always trying to make everything look like all your time can be spend outdoors. And I would have started with one shot of the front of the house, then gone right inside since the interior is so pretty. The back yard would have been my last part, at a faster speed. Overall though, very nice for a first try  =)

I do a tour for all my listings. I usually start with the front and walk the prospect through the house room by room as if they were walking in the from door and you were showing them the house. This gives them a good feel for the home. You have some really good exterior shot but I would use them at the end.

I used visualtours.com in the past too. It is really an easy to use software and I really like the way it stitches photos together for a panarama!

Thanks.  The bags are a fountain.  I am trying to get them to uncover it.  Its my first so I have some learning to do with taking pictures.  Its not the same as static pictures.
