One more time we want to show you your ridiculously affordable homes are in this chart of Jacksonville Housing Affordability Index | May 2013. OK, it has dropped a bit from April, but homes are more affordable now than they were in the 1990s, and interest rates are still tracking what they were in the 1950s when Eisenhower was President! Anyone old enough to remember him? Take note, however. If this trend continues, the Jacksonville Housing Affordability Index won't be so affordable anymore.
