Do you get tired of uploading pictures one by one? Here is a useful tip that I used when working with out of town buyers. The couple fell in love with a home but hesitated submitting an offer because there wasn't enough pictures on HAR and they couldn't fly back down to Texas to view the home in person.

I then told them "If I took extra pictures of the home would you feel better about submitting an offer then?" they replied YES.

I must have taken about 50 pictures of the house, it didn't seem like much but after looking at my memory card it was. I thought how in the world am I going to upload all these pictures! Then while searching online I ran into a site called http://www.snapfish.com/

I uploaded all the pictures at once within 2 minutes!  Best part about it is that it's free, and really simplifies my life. Then I just emailed it to them. They felt confident about there decision and we sold the house! Hopefully this will simplify someone else's life.

Let us know if you have any questions.

I really like snapfish.  It is a great site and it makes it very easy to share pictures with clients.  Glad you found the site -- it is a real gem.
