Still My Top App
I have so many Apps that there were five pages of them until I put them in folders last week - part of my declutter for the month of August. I love all my Apps, but the one that has saved the day for me more than once is the very handy TurboScan App.
With TurboScan, you can snap a picture and turn it into a .pdf or a .jpg, email it to yourself or someone else and complete a transaction or errand effortlessly and avoid scanning or faxing a paper document.
TuroScan has saved the day for me in business more than once. There was the time a year ago when an elderly Seller wanted me to meet him and his wife to sign an extension on a listing, which they had been hesitant to do but finally agreed. That was fine, but right after that, I had to run out and show property the rest of the day and the bank needed the document ASAP. TurboScan to the rescue! I snapped the Addendum, emailed it to the parties and was on my way. Without it, the deal would have died that day.
Next, there was a very protective Seller who didn't want her new survey dividing her acreage out of her sight. No problem, I just snapped a few shots with TurboScan and was ready with information when some very serious Buyers came along who wanted to know how the property was divided. Having the scan also helped me when speaking with other agents or prospects.
My most recent great use for TurboScan was just a few weeks ago at a family reunion when looking at an album of my Aunt's. There was a precious letter from my grandfather to my grandmother - and now I have that memory too, thanks to TurboScan, in addition to some newspaper articles that they had saved.
You may be thinking what's the big deal, that you could just take a photo of any of the above. You would be right but you would be very wrong. TurboScan can take wrinkles and shadows out of documents, and it presents a crystal clear, 8.5x11 size copy of what you photograph. No more tiny or large .jpgs that are blurry and discolored.
