Congratulations to my buyer who closed this week on his purchase of a home in Wrentham MA!
This home buyer contacted me during the spring to help him with his home search. He was researching buyer agents online and found me through his Google search.
He was looking for a small, but not tiny, house or condo that was well maintained and convenient to work and family. He knew specifically what he wanted. I had shown this home previously to another client - who was not interested - and so when he asked to see it I was able to tell him all about it to make sure he was interested.
This nice little two bedroom ranch home was recently updated with new roof, new windows, new doors, new kitchen and more. It has very nice hardwood floors. One of my favorite features is that the bedrooms are located on either side of the open-concept main living area, offering nice privacy between the master and the second/guest bedroom. The bedrooms are a nice size too.
This house is located on a main road, but is set back up on a hill and well back from the road, with a lot of privacy. Originally listed at $259,900, the price had dropped to $239,900 when we saw it. We negotiated the final price to $232,500.
