Now is the time to sell your Coweta County Georgia home!

Now is the time to sell your Coweta County Georgia home by Richard WeisserBy now most homeowners are aware that real estate values are stabilizing and many areas have seen some modest recovery over the last few years.

The biggest obstacle facing Coweta County Georgia home buyers these days is lack of available inventory. There are simply not enough homes for sale to satisfy the demand from buyers.

In addition to traditional home buyers, many investors and institutional buyers from all over the world have discovered that Coweta County is a great place to purchase income property as rents are high relative to the cost of acquisition.

As a result fairly priced homes in good condition can often attract multiple offers in just a few days. Sellers often have to decide which offer is most favorable to them. A real estate professional can be an invaluable asset in the process.

We are happy to answer any questions that homeowners have about the Coweta County real estate market. Homeowners that have been waiting for the market to rebound may be pleasantly surprised and the value of their home and the amount of time that it will take to sell.

Give us a call today and we’ll get the ball rolling!

We are seeing a similar problem here. We have been in a seller's market much of the year. We need listings. Why aren't homeowners paying attention?

I am in the Northeast corner of Tennessee and I do wish we were having the seller's market that middle Tennessee was having. (Tammie)- It's good to see markets turning around.

Richard, While our area isn't as hot as yours, we've definitely seen recovery and a dropping of inventory.

Richard, having visited Coweta County not all that long ago I can understand why it is such a desirable place. Even when the market turns it is advisable that a home owner have an outstanding real estate agent on their side to list and sell their home!
