Richard, While our area isn't as hot as yours, we've definitely seen recovery and a dropping of inventory.

Richard, having visited Coweta County not all that long ago I can understand why it is such a desirable place. Even when the market turns it is advisable that a home owner have an outstanding real estate agent on their side to list and sell their home!
