I recently did a listing video for a ranch that was once teaming with life. Now that the horses are gone, it would have been a sin to market the property without showing what the property is. Selling horse ranches isn't always easy, especially the sort which leans towards commercial such as this one.
This ranch had such a great history that the first thing I wanted to do was to tell a story. Glad to have experience on set from my prior days in Georgia, I set about taking on the role as writer, animal wrangler and producer. With the help of some good friends and an outstanding videographer, we set about making it happen.
I went all out on this one and I hope you like it.
