Those sold Moon Valley properties included only one Moon Valley patio home and 19 Moon Valley single family detached homes. Located in a small pocket of North Phoenix and occupying the East and West sides of 7th Street between Greenway Boulevard and Thunderbird Road, Moon Valley real estate remains to be a bit of a sleeper area with values seemingly much lower than they should be when compared to other North Phoenix communities.
