A Real Estate Agent often tries to conjure up marketing ideas that will make she or he stand out from the pack of Real Estate Agents all competing for the same business.  Even though there likely is enough business to be had by all, we’re constantly trying to market ourselves to appeal to prospective home Sellers in order to grow our Real Estate business and if you’re a home Seller, you want to make sure that the Agent you hire is on top of their marketing to get your home sold fast and for top dollar.
