Staging new construction luxury real estate is different than staging vacant homes. The first time we view the house it’s usually under construction. You need imagination and vision to choose the right furnishings that will complement and showcase each room while highlighting its architectural details. For this particular home, having a paint schedule was very helpful, which was given to us by architect Matthew Rosenbaum of SRA who is always accommodating when we stage his properties.

This was the home when we first viewed it…

 

 

Just before staging day we returned once the home was finished. We rented transitional, neutral furniture within budget and assembled high end accessories that would complement and showcase this space giving it mass appeal…  

 We really wanted to bring life to this beautiful, state of the art chef’s kitchen:

After: we placed accessories that would warm up the hardscape, draw your eye to each of the spaces within and help buyers envision themselves enjoying family dinners, cooking and entertaining…

 The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the landscaping and greenery…

After: we choose a neutral rug, transitional furnishings and added color with this contemporary, fun bedding and glass lamps…

By accessorizing with crisp white towels, well-appointed bath accessories we created a spa like feel while drawing your eye to the spacious soaking tub surrounded by dramatic gold Calacatta  marble. Now buyers can easily envision taking a long hot soak…

 

 This dining room needed very little to showcase the space…

Before the large family room echoed - not the feeling of "home"...

After - once furnished with a rug, the room looks bigger while demonstrating to buyers how much seating this large family room accommodates...
