Ever feel like you are being Executed??

They could have at least wet the sponge!!!

I feel that I have done my job well. During a listing and purchase recently I worked my butt off only to have someone else drop the ball and make me look bad. Not closing on time due to other persons lender, not having proper docs. from mortgage broker.....causing the purchase of the new home which was scheduled for a week later closing date not to fund on time and not get completed....  But who is to blame....yep, you guessed it. I now find out from the title company that the buyer for my sellers property is not getting the proper documentation to the lender. ( stated income......***red flag***) My sellers will have to resign and contract will cancel on home if not funded by tomorrow.(Cure period notice given)

This puts my sellers which were going to be buyng their dream home in a very bad predicament which means they are wanting to sue ****"whoever is to blame"***.  ( Guess things start uphill )....I feel bad for them and wish there was something else I could do but I can't control other Realtors or lenders.....By the way, the other Realtor owns his own mortgage company.

I pride myself on giving the best service and representation and feel bad when others that do not do so put us in a bad place. I empathize very much with my sellers. Thank God they know me personally and know that I would never do anything to jeopordize our friendship or business relationship...... But , somebody is still feeling it when they pull the switch!
