Erie, PA begin your Real Estate classes with Alan Kells School of Real Estate.

What is the advantage of 'live' class Vs. online class? In a live Real Estate class you will have an instructor who has been active in Real Estate who is able to give you behind the scene view of the real world of Real Estate.

Per a former student who tried to take her Real Estate classes online, "It was like reading a 500 page manual of very dry material and no one to answer my questions."

Even though she lost the money she paid for the online class this student was so happy to take a 'live' Real Estate class with Alan Kells School of Real Estate in Erie, PA.

Real Estate classes

Pennsylvania Real Estate License requirements:

18 years old
Complete 30 hour Fundamentals class
Complete 30 hour Practice class
Pass Pennsylvania Real Estate exam
Background check

Fundamentals class January 11, 12, 25, 26

Practice class Feburary 8, 9, 22, 23

Cost $178

Time 9:00 -4:30

Location: 3036 W. 12th Street Erie, PA 16505 (building behind Animal Ark Pet Hospital-use east driveway)

Come join me in class January 11, 12, 25, 26. I began my Real Estate career in 1986 as a Pennsylvania salesperson listing and selling residential properties. After passing the Pennsylvania broker exam I spent fifteen years as residential sales manager and trainer. In addition to these responsibilities I have been teaching Real Estate classes since 1992 and I promise to answer each & every question you have in class.
