Somewhere in my life I read or heard someone say, ‘Most people do not plan to fail, they just fail to plan.’ I can relate to that and the above quote in that for many years, I just went with the flow. However, as I have gotten older and wiser, I now have a written plan my personal and business life. I feel that it is better to be the master of my own destiny than to be a part of someone else's.
